useinvoicing is run by Chris James. We write and send fundraising emails on behalf of nonprofit organizations.

We send introductory emails to nonprofit organizations. The details we use for that first message come from public records, such as IRS filings and information organizations publish about themselves. We write to the organization about its work, not to individuals about their private lives.

Every message includes a one click unsubscribe link. Use it and you are removed permanently. You can also reply with the word stop, or write to chris@useinvoicing.com.

For organizations we contact: the organization name, a public business contact address, location, and information published in public filings.

For anyone who emails us: whatever you choose to put in your message.

For clients: the donor information you send us so that we can write to your donors on your behalf.

Our email is sent through a third party sending service that adds a small tracking image to each message. It records whether a message was opened and whether a link in it was clicked. Blocking images in your email client prevents this.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. It is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep standard request logs.

To send the emails described above, to reply to you, and to run the fundraising work clients hire us to do. We do not sell information and we do not share it except with the service providers who help us store data and deliver mail.

Donor lists a client gives us belong to that client. We use them only to send that client's emails, we do not add them to any other list, and we delete them on request or when work together ends.

Write to chris@useinvoicing.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason. We answer within thirty days.
